NOTICE Notice is given that the Administratrix of the Succession of David J. Simoneaud, Docket No. 16-P-2816-D, 27th JDC, St. Landry Parish, Louisiana, has petitioned for authority to sell the immovable property and any and all improvements known by the municipal address of 665 Andrepont Rd., Opelousas, LA and being St. Landry Parish Assessor Parcel No. 0602499000 at private sale in accordance with Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure Article 3281, et seq, for ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($100,000.00) DOLLARS cash, with the sale to be in "as is" condition and subject to the further terms and conditions contained in the Louisiana Residential Real Estate Purchase Agreement which is filed in said proceedings. The Order granting such authority may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the second publication of this notice.
