This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a mortgage dated November 7, 2022, recorded on December 2, 2022, in Book V-4873, Page 721, made by WALLACE V. DEL COLLE, HUSBAND AND YVETTE DEL COLLE, WIFE, to the plaintiff and covers real estate located at 65 Glasgow Terrace, Mahwah, NJ 07430, Tax Lot 21, Block 135. Pursuant to R. 4:4-4 and 4:64-1(d), mediation is available through the New Jersey Courts. Forms and instructions may be obtained on the Court's web site at www.njcourtsonline.com.
