(MERS), solely as nominee for Kiavi Funding, Inc., which mortgage was recorded on September 5, 2024 in Camden County, in Book 12653 of Mortgages for said County on Page 01193 et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 1336 Argus Road, Camden, NJ 08104, and also known as Lot 10 in Block 696.
