Christian, et al. is the defendant. The action is pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County, and bears Docket No. F-004605-26. Christian and Marcelette Christian, husband and wife, to Centex Home Equity Corporation, recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on February 7, 2001 in Book MB5446, page 0089, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 7136 Lee Avenue, Pennsauken, NJ 08105 and is further described as Lot 26, Block 6716 on the Tax Map of the Township of Pennsauken.
