NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS, CLAIMANTS AND OTHER CONCERNED PERSONS: According to Wisconsin Statute §180.1407, please take notice that the Articles of Dissolution of STL Holdings, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, having a principal place of business formerly located at 2021 Airport Dr., Green Bay, WI 54313, have been duly filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions effective December 3, 2025, pursuant to §180.1403 of the Wisconsin Statutes. All creditors and claimants against the corporation are hereby required to present their respective claims, accounts and demands against the corporation in writing and in detail to Michael Demuth, former president of the corporation, at 2021 Airport Dr., Green Bay, WI 54313, within two (2) years from the date of this publication.
