TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of December, 2025, at 6:30pm, a hearing will be held before the City of Millville Planning Board on the 4th floor City Commission Chamber at the Municipal Building, 12 S. High Street, Millville, New Jersey, on the application of the undersigned for a Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval any other associated variances or waivers deemed necessary from the requirements of the Millville city ordinances so as to permit the applicant to operate a retail cannabis store pursuant to Millville City Ordinance 22-2025 on the premises at 901 N. 2nd Street and designated as Block 290, Lot 1 on the City of Millville Tax Map.
