NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals for purchase and delivery of Methanol 20% by weight as herein described will be received by the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of North Castle, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York 10504, until Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 11:15 A.M. E.S.T., and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the said office. The work consists of the supply and delivery of said product for the Town of North Castle Sewer District No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 15 Business Park Drive, Armonk, New York 10504 in the Town of North Castle, Westchester County. Complete specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the above office on or after November 16, 2025. They are also available on the Town web site at the following link: https://www.northcastleny.com/bids.aspx Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Specifications indicating the delivered price cost per gallon. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to Alison Simon, Town Clerk, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York 10504 and endorsed "Methanol for Sewage Treatment Plant Sewer District No. 2", Town of North Castle, New York. The Town of North Castle reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any Bid, and to award the Contract to other than the lowest Bidder if deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so.
