NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Randall County (www.randallcounty.gov) is soliciting bids for the following:
1. RFP 2026-612-09 Construction Manager At Risk for Fire Station 1 Additions
2. Bid 2026-416-18 One Used SUV
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Randall County Purchasing Department, 501 16th Street, Suite 300, Canyon, TX 79015, to the attention of Ricky Garcia, Purchasing Agent, before the specified deadlines below:
Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025: 2:00 PM - 2026-416-18 One Used SUV. Award for 2026-416-18 will be made to the vendor submitting the lowest and best offer meeting requested criteria in bid specifications on Jan. 6, 2026.
Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026: 2:00 PM - 2026-612-09 CMAR for Fire Station 1 Additions. Award for 2026-612-09 will be made to vendor based on evaluation criteria specified in solicitation documents on Feb. 10, 2026. Payment and Performance Bond will be required after contract award.
