NOTICE TO CREDITORS, CLAIMANTS, HEIRS, AND BENEFICIARIES To all persons regarding Richard E. Jameson, deceased, who died on or about September 10, 2025. You are hereby notified that Traci K. Hylland is the Trustee of the Richard E. Jameson Trust. At this time, no probate administration is contemplated with regard to the above-referenced Decedent's estate. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust, or bring a claim against the Trust, must be brought in the Circuit Court of Minnehaha County, South Dakota, within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this Notice. Any suit not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that any person or entity possessing a claim against the Trust must present written statement of their claim to the Trustee at the address listed below by four (4) months from the first publication of this Notice or the claim shall be forever barred, unless paid or otherwise satisfied.
