NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF DECEASED SETTLOR AND SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE Notice is given that on August 17, 2025, Kay E. McCarthy died, who was the Settlor of the Kay McCarthy and Dean McCarthy Revocable Trust dated August 6, 2020, and any amendments thereto. Dean F. McCarthy, whose address is 4510 S. Prince of Peace Pl. #105, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57103, and Lewis F. McCarthy, whose address is 129 S. Augusta Ave., Brandon, South Dakota 57005, are the current Trustees of the Kay McCarthy and Dean McCarthy Revocable Trust dated August 6, 2020, and any amendments thereto. Creditors of the deceased Settlor must file their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the trust or assets thereof may be barred.
