Armfield died, who was the Settlor of the Beverly Armfield Living Trust dated January 11, 2011, and any amendments thereto. Lynne T. McCarthy, whose address is 3909 Fairview Dr., Grand Forks, ND 58201 and Nancy A. Naber, whose address is 12401 S. 73rd Ave., Papillion, NE 68046, are the current Trustees of the Beverly Armfield Living Trust dated January 11, 2011. Creditors of the deceased Settlor must file their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or any claim or collection efforts which otherwise could have been asserted or enforced against the trust or assets thereof may be barred.
