NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE TO CREDITORS The Solimena Trust, dated December 1, 2009 NOTICE IS GIVEN to all creditors of the Decedent that: 1. The original Grantors were John A. Solimena and Jo-Ann Solimena. Both Grantors are now deceased. The trust is irrevocable. 2. Debra J. Clements is the Trustee of the Trust. 3. All persons having claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate are required to present their claims to the Trustee within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred. 4. Claims against the Trust, Decedent or the Decedent's Estate may be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to Debra J.
