There is no personal representative of the decedent's estate to which Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against Evelyn Joy Ward individually or as a Settlor of The Evelyn Joy Ward Revocable Trust under agreement dated August 26, 2016, will be forever banned unless presented at the address below to Kellie DeLuca, Successor Trustee of The Evelyn Joy Ward Revocable Trust under agreement dated August 26, 2016, within four months after the date of this publication.
