NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT: Paula M. Williams & Tanya R. Tan have been appointed and are acting as co-Trustees of the Wayne E. Stithem & Judith M. Stithem Trust, dated 10/2/2003. All persons having claims against the Settlor of the Trust, Wayne E. Stithem, deceased 2/27/25, are required to present their claims within 4 months after date of the 1st publication of this Notice or, if a notice is received by mail, within 60 days of the mailing of the notice, whichever is later, or the claims will be forever barred.
