NOTICE TO CREDITORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned are the beneficiaries under a Deed Upon Death executed by JOSEPH A. BASTIAN and JOY D. BASTIAN (grantors) on the 30th day of April, 2020. That grantor JOY D. BASTIAN died on the 5th day of March, 2025, and that said grantor had a date of birth of the 13th day of December, 1935. That Grantor JOSEPH A. BASTIAN died on the 6th day of June, 2025 and that said grantor had a date of birth of the 12th day of September, 1936.
