NOTICE TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS GRANDVUE MEDICAL CARE FACILITY DOMESTIC HOT WATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Grandvue Medical Care Facility (GMCF) is accepting sealed bids for Domestic Hot Water Improvements Project until Friday, October 31, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. local time at the Medical Care Facility at 1728 S. Peninsula Rd, East Jordan, Michigan. Construction documents will be available through the Traverse City Builders Exchange and Grand Rapids Builders Exchange. Bidders are to contact Synergy Consulting Engineers (616-726-5025, thomaso@synergy-engineers.com) for a private bid access code for the posting on the Traverse City Builders Exchange. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10:00 am at the Facility with a tour of the facility to be conducted at the end of the meeting. Bids will not be accepted or considered after the above stated date and time. Bid envelopes shall be marked as a sealed bid for this Project. All bids are required to be accompanied by a bid bond or security in an amount not less than 1/20th (5%) of the amount of the bid. The bond shall remain in effect for a minimum of 30 days after the bid opening date. The successful bidder shall also be required to provide performance, labor and material bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Bids shall be evaluated based on the requirements set forth in the requests for bids including such factors as inspection, testing, quality, workmanship, delivery and suitability for the particular purpose involved. Grandvue Medical Care Facility reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities and to make the final determination as to the best low qualified bid.
