NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS Within 200 Feet of 37 Bertrand Rd Mt. Arlington, NJ AND OTHERS ENTITLED TO SERVICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an application with the Mt. Arlington Borough Land Use Board seeking site plan approval to: Construct an addition to main level of home, 14'-0" towards Rear Yard within the same exterior side lines as the existing home for an expanded living room. Construct a 6'-0" deck towards Rear Yard off main level. Add underneath the extended living room a new screened porch. Expand existing driveway. Reconstruct wall along property line, extend driveway towards rear of property to accommodate two cars in depth and extend towards house to within 3' and maintain walking platform. Add stairs to rear yard. On the premises located at 37 W. BERTRAND RD, Block 52, Lot 7, as shown on the Borough of Mt. Arlington Tax Map. The Site is located in the RA75 Zone District. Public hearing has been ordered for December 17, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mount Arlington Borough Hall, 419 Howard Boulevard, Mount Arlington, New Jersey 07856 at which time any interested parties may appear either in person or by attorney and present any evidence you may have regarding this application. This notice is provided as required by Municipal Land Use Law and the Ordinances of the Borough of Mt. Arlington.
