North Castle Public Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the North Castle Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Town Hall, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York, on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter), when any person may be heard in favor of or against the proposed site plan, wetland permit, scenic road, and special use permit approvals for the construction of a detached accessory apartment in excess of 800 s.f., walkway, new septic system and stormwater management improvments. The property is located at 258 E Middle Pattent Rd and known on the North Castle Tax Maps as lots 88.04-1-12 and located within the R-4A Zoning District.
