North Codorus Township Notice of Zoning Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of North Codorus Township, York County, Pa. will hold a public hearing at the North Codorus Township Office, 1986 Stoverstown Road, Spring Grove, Pa. 17362 on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 7:00 PM, at which time the following application will be heard. 25-00-2 Jay Stauffer, 4591 Marietta Ave Columbia, Pa. Applicant is seeking a dimensional variance in connection with a proposed subdivision plan. The proposed plan is to create new boundary lines for the properties and thereafter convey a newly created lot. The dimensional variance from the regulations of the AP District which requires a minimum lot width of 100 feet. The proposed lot does not adjoin any existing roads, whether public or private, thereby creating a landlocked parcel. The property is located at 1893 Martin Road Spring Grove, Pa. approx. 142 acres, and known as Tax Map/Parcel 40-000-GG-0015.00-00000 and Stoverstown Road Property 40-000-GG-0014.00-00000 containing approx. 66 acres.
