Notice IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MCDONOUGH COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF George Ludovicus Alexander, minor Case No. 2025GR24 TO: Martha Faith Alexander, and Unknown Fathers of George Ludovicus Alexander, and To Others Whom It May Concern That on November 24, 2025, a Petition for Guardian of Minor was filed in the Circuit Court of Ninth Judicial Circuit, McDonough County, Illinois, for the guardianship of the person and estate of George Ludovicus Alexander. NOW, THEREFORE, unless you, Martha Faith Alexander, mother of the minor, and any unknown father, and all whom it may concern, file your answer to the petition in said suit or otherwise file your appearance therein, in the said Circuit Court of McDonough County, Macomb, Illinois, on or before the 5th day of January, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said petition allowing the guardianship of the person and estate of the minor child.
