Lamar Blvd., Suite 201, Austin, Texas 78705, by Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB, Houston, Texas, Harris County Texas (Applicant), a Texas-chartered savings bank, seeking to effectuate a merger transaction whereby Peoples Bank, Lubbock, Texas, Lubbock County Texas will merge with and into Applicant with Applicant as the Surviving Bank.
