YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced against you to Foreclose a Claim of Lien for unpaid Condominium Association Assessments on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit 409 of the Fountainview at Spring Lakes Condominium, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 6370, Page 144, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, including the building and appurtenances located thereon and fixtures situated therein.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon RACHEL E. FRYDMAN, PA, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 9825 Marina Boulevard, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33428, by October 21, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
