Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2025-1310-O On November 18, 2025, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2025-1310-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 900 North and Main Street by Leeds from the OST-20 Zone (Open Space Transition 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size) and A-20 Zone (Agriculture 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size) to the Planned Development Zone (PDC and PDR), Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance (Applicant – Babylon Lands, LLC and Silver Cliffs Annex, LLC, aka Silver Commons) The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone a portion of Washington County near Leeds.
