Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2025-1311-O On December 2, 2025, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2025-1311-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 1850 W Mills Lane Near Leeds From the A-20 Zone (Agricultural 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size), to the PDR Zone (Planned Development Residential), Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance (Applicant – Solara Communities, LLC)' The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone a portion of Washington County near Leeds.
