Notice of Adoption of Washington County Ordinance No. 2025-1315-O On December 15, 2025, the County Legislative Body of Washington County adopted Ordinance Number 2025-1315-O, 'An Ordinance Rezoning a Certain Portion of Washington County Located at Approximately 1200 West and 500 South Near Ivins from the OST-20 Zone (Open Space Transition 20 Acre Minimum Lot Size), to the A-5 Zone (Agriculture 5 Acre Minimum Lot Size), Hereinafter Fully Described in This Ordinance (Applicant: Radlee Iverson)' The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone a portion of Washington County near Ivins.
