Notice of Application for the Merger of Cadence Bank Into The Huntington National Bank Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency ("OCC"), 7 Times Square, 10th Floor Mailroom, New York, NY 10036, on or about November 3, 2025, for consent to merge Cadence Bank, main office located at 201 S. Spring Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, into The Huntington National Bank ("Huntington Bank"), main office located at 17 South High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 (the "Merger"). In the Merger, Cadence Bank would be merged with and into Huntington Bank. Huntington Bank would be the surviving bank and continue as a national banking association. It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above-mentioned banks will continue to operate, except the main office of Cadence Bank would become a branch location of the surviving bank. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.
