Notice of Approval
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 2, 2025 the Washington Township Planning Board Adopted a Written Resolution Approving the Application made by Holman Automotive Group, Inc., for the property located at 3641 Route 42 South, Block 115, Lot 22 on the Tax Map of the Township of Washington Granting Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval and a Parking Variance to: modify a portion of the Existing Parking lot by adding 195 Parking Spaces for a total of 623, which exceeds the maximum allowed spaces; increase the previously approved 9,686 sq. ft. Service Building Addition to 10,865 sq. ft.; and create two (2) phases of construction.
The Written Resolution and all documents relating to this Application may be inspected by the public during official hours in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department at the Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, New Jersey.
