Notice of Bank Merger Application Notice is given that an application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Director for Large Bank Licensing, 7 Times Square, 10th Floor Mailroom, New York, New York 10036, for consent to merge Webster Bank, National Association, a national bank with its main office located at Stamford, Connecticut 06905, with and into Santander Bank, National Association ("SBNA"), a national bank with its main office located at Wilmington, Delaware 19801, with SBNA as the surviving entity. It is contemplated that the main/home offices and branch offices of the above-named banks will continue to operate, except for an as of yet undetermined number of branches which will cease operating. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c) and 12 CFR 5.
