To the Defendants above-named and any other person who may be concerned:
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is to quiet title on the following described real estate located in Delaware County, Indiana:
Parcel Number: 18-07-33-178-001.000-003
Commonly known as: 1213 W. Sheffield Dr., Muncie, IN 47304
Legal Description: Lot numbered Eight (8) in Emerald Pointe, Section A, a Subdivision in Center Township, Delaware County, Indiana, a plat of which is recorded in Document No. 2006R07409 of the records of Delaware County, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to all the Defendants above-named. In addition to the above-named, there may be other persons who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney on or before January 2, 2025, the same being within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the Plaintiff has demanded.
