Notice of Dissolution Mid-Michigan Physicians Notice is hereby given that Mid-Michigan Physicians, a Michigan nonprofit corporation ("Corporation"), has dissolved pursuant to Section 801(c) of the Business Corporation Act, 1972 PA 284, as amended ("Act"), effective August 18, 2025. All persons with claims against the Corporation must be filed with the Corporation at the following address: McLaren Health Care Corporation Attn: Legal Affairs One McLaren Parkway Grand Blanc, MI 48439 This notice is being provided pursuant to Section 842a of the Act. Each claim must be made in writing and include the name and address of the claimant, the basis for and amount of each claim (in sufficient detail to permit the Corporation to make a reasonable judgment whether the claim should be accepted or rejected), and the dates on which each claim arose. Claimants of the Corporation are hereby notified that any claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce such claim commences within one (1) year after the publication date of this notice.
