Notice of Dissolution Public notice is hereby given that Theo Utschig & Son Inc. was dissolved by filing Articles of Dissolution with the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions on October 31, 2025. Any person with claims against this Corporation shall submit a Notice of Claim, including the date the claim was incurred, the amount of the claim, the name and address of the claimant, and the circumstances surrounding the claim to Herrling Clark Law Firm Ltd., attn: Charles D. Koehler, 800 North Lynndale Drive, Appleton, WI 54914. All claims against this dissolved Corporation or its directors, officers or shareholders are barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is brought within two (2) years after the publication date of this Notice.
