Notice of Dissolution

Notice of Dissolution Notice is hereby given that Somerset County Memorial Park, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, has been dissolved in accordance with section 1977 of the Business Corporation Law of 1988, as amended. All persons having a claim against the corporation shall present their claims in accordance with this notice. All claims must be presented in writing and contain sufficient information reasonably to inform the corporation of the identity of the claimant and the substance of the claim. All claims must be sent to Jason Benion, Esq., Saxton & Stump, 4250 Crums Mill Road, Suite 201, Harrisburg, PA 17112. The deadline for claims is 60 days after the date of this notice. Any claim not received by the deadline will be barred.
