Notice of Dissolution To all persons interested in and claimants of McCann Liquidation, Inc.: McCann Liquidation, Inc. has filed a Statement of Dissolution effective December 31, 2025. All persons with claims against McCann Liquidation, Inc. must present them as follows: 1. The claim must include the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the telephone number of the claimant, the amount claimed, the date the claim was incurred, and the detailed basis for said claim. 2. The claim must be accompanied by all written evidence of said claim, including, but not limited to, invoices, leases, notes and documents evidencing security interests. 3. Claims must be addressed and mailed postage prepaid to McCann Liquidation, Inc., Attn. Bruce P. McCann, 309 5th St NW, Ankeny, Iowa 50023. NOTWITHSTANDING FILING OF THE CLAIM, ANY CLAIM AGAINST MCCANN LIQUIDATION, INC.
