Notice of Dissolution NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF SPYGLASS SEARCH, INC. Spyglass Search, Inc., an Indiana corporation, was voluntarily dissolved effective November 30, 2025. If you believe you have a claim against the corporation, such claim should be submitted in writing and mailed to Joseph R. Pozsgai, Jr., 52004 Fall Creek, Ste 300, Granger, Indiana 46530. The claim should include a description of the claim as well as the dollar value of the claim. The claim against the corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years from the date of publication of this notice.
