Notice of Dissolution of CONGREGATION YEHUDA AND MEIR TZVI PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on the Petition, duly verified on November 13, 2025, and the exhibits submitted in support of said Petition, the petitioner CONGREGATION YEHUDA AND MEIR TZVI ("Petitioner"), will make an application, pursuant to the provisions of §18 of the New York Religious Corporations Law of the State of New York, at a Special Term of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Rockland under Index #038223/2025, to be held at the Rockland County Courthouse, 1 South Main Street, New City, New York 10956, on January 2, 2026, at 9:30 in the morning, or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, for an Order directing: (1) the dissolution of Petitioner pursuant to the provisions of §18 of the New York Religious Corporations Law; (2) the liquidation of Petitioner's assets upon said dissolution; (3) the use of any surplus proceeds upon the liquidation of Petitioner's assets; and (4) such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.
