Notice of Dissolution of Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. To all creditors and any other persons having claims against Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. and all other persons concerned: Take notice that Articles of Dissolution of Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc., a State of Indiana corporation (hereafter the Corporation) having had a principal place of business at 300 North Water Street, Salem, Indiana, 47167 were duly filed in the office of The Secretary of State of Indiana, on December 2, 2025. Pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code 23-1-45-7, all creditors or others having claims against the Corporation are required to present their respective claims, accounts, and demands against the Corporation in writing and in detail to the Corporation by mailing a statement of the claim containing the following information: 1) The full name and mailing address of the claimant; 2) A statement of the claim amount; 3) A statement of the facts upon which the claim is based, including the date the claim arose; 4) The date of any prior demand for payment related to the claim. Any claim should be sent U.S. First Class Mail, postage pre-paid, to: Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. 3690 E Hwy 146, LaGrange KY 40031. All claims against the property and assets of the Corporation shall be forever barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years from the date of publication of this notice.
