Notice of Filing NOTICE OF FILING OF AUTHORIZATION TO SALE HOME AND MOVABLES NOTICE IS GIVEN that SHANA DEAN, Testamentary Executrix in the Succession of Elbert Nolan Ryan, number 43,846, 9th Judicial District Court in and for Rapides Parish, Louisiana, has filed a petition for authority to sell certain immovable and movable property of the Succession. The immovable property being sold is described as follows: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and together with all rights, ways and privileges thereto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4 of SW1/4) of Section 7, Township Four North, Range Two East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being more particularly described as Parcel D transferred to Elbert Nolan Ryan in that certain "Agreement" dated June 13, 1984 and filed of record in Conveyance Book 1121, at page 715, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; Less and Except that certain 4.615 acres described in that sale recorded in Conveyance Book 951, at page 474, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. And Less and Except the 1.6 acre tract transferred per act of cash sale recorded in Conveyance Book 1185 at page 288, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. And Less and Except the 1.364 acre tract sold per act of cash sale recorded in Coveyance Book 1931 at page 578, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; All subject to that certain Servitude of Passage recorded in Conveyance Book 1931 at page 581, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana. The property bears the municipal address of 43 Vit Road, Pinveville, Louisiana 71360. The petition can be homologated after the expiration of double publication where after being first published it is then published again twenty (20) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
