NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered by this Court in the above-entitled action, the property described below, or so much of it shall be sufficient to satisfy the Judgment, shall be sold to the highest bidder. Further notice shall be taken of the following:

The legal description of the property is: A part of Lot One Hundred Thirty-six (136) of the Village of Wethersfield, now City of Kewanee described as follows: Starting at a point One Hundred Forty (140) feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot One Hundred Thirty-six (136), running thence East Eighty-two (82) feet, thence North One Hundred Forty (140) feet, thence West Eighty-two (82) feet thence South One Hundred Forty (140) feet to the place of beginning, situated in the City of Kewanee, County of Henry, State of Illinois. PIN: 25-03-379-015
4. Description of the improvements on the property is: a single-family residence
5. The property will not be available for inspection prior to the date of the sale.
6. The time and place of the sale is: February 3rd 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the Henry County Courthouse, 307 W. Center Street Cambridge, IL 612387.
7. The terms of the sale are: 25% down and the balance in full, in certified funds, within 24 hours.
8. Title will be conveyed subject to all rental and lease agreements and all general real estate taxes for the year 2025 and subsequent years, special assessments, if any, and easements and restrictions of record.
