The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond being known and designated as Lot 3, Block "A", Unit I, South Mills Subdivision, as shown on a plat thereof, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Book 22-L, Page 284, to which plat reference is hereby had for a more complete and accurate description as to metes, bounds and location of said property.
Said property hereinabove described is conveyed subject to Protective Covenants of record in said Clerk's Office in Realty Book 28-0, Page 317.

Has expired and is forever foreclosed and barred on and after the day of December 31, 2025.
