Take notice that Ying Zhang has made an application to the Millburn Township Zoning Board of Adjustment in connection with the construction of a driveway expansion on the property in Millburn Township, located at 15 Ridge Terrace, short hills, NJ, Block 1812, Lot 18, which requires the following bulk variance relief: I apply to expand our current driveway since currently we only able to park one car.
