Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Public Participation CitySwitch proposes the construction of a monopole style telecommunications tower within a 67' x 47' lease area approximately 235 feet northwest of Ashland Rd. & Pennsylvania Ave., Mansfield, Richland County, PA. The height of the tower will be 54.9-meters above ground level (180-feet above ground level) and 57.9-meters above ground level including appurtenances (190-feet above ground level with appurtenances). Proposed project will include ground disturbance.
