Notice of Intent

Notice of Intent Paramount School of Excellence, Inc. (1203 E St Clair St, Indianapolis, IN 46202) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with a proposed building addition and associated site improvements located at 3414 Hepler Street, South Bend, IN 46635. Runoff from the project site will be discharged into the proposed storm sewer, and then outlet into the infiltration system onsite. Stormwater will then ultimately flow into Juday Creek.
