Notice of Intent to Adopt Ordinance The Honesdale Borough Council intends to adopt an Ordnance at its regularly scheduled public meeting at 6:00 PM on Monday, November 24,2025, at Borough Hall, 958 Main Street, Honesdale, Pennsylvania. The proposed ordinance amends the Code of the Borough of Honesdale, at Chapter 110, Fireworks, by adding a new section providing parameters and regulations for the use of "consumer" fireworks in and about properties in Honesdale Borough and providing violation and enforcement provision. The entire draft ordinance may be examined at the office of the newspaper; the Wayne County Law Library, and by contacting the Borough Secretary for an appointment to do so.
