Notice of Intent to The Indiana Department of Environmental Management Mac's Convenience Stores, LLC (4080 West Jonathon Moore Pike, Columbus, Indiana 47201) is submitting a Notice of Intent to The Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Circle K Stores, Inc. convenience store and Gas Station located at the southwest corner of US 231 and State Road 28, Romney, IN 47981. Run-off from the project site will discharge to Wea Creek, that will eventually discharge into Wabash River.
