Notice of Pendency of Action State of New Mexico, County of Valencia, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Cynthia Buckner, Plaintiff, vs. Vallerie A. Drouillard, Defendant, Case No. D-1314-CV-2025-01325. This is a Complaint to Quiet Title against the following named defendant by name; if living; if deceased, their unknown heirs, Defendant Vallerie A. Drouillard. This lawsuit is regarding the property located in Valencia County, described as follows: NW ¼ - SW ¼ designated as Lot 24, Section 4, Township 6N, Range 1E, N.M.P.M., approximately 10 acres. Plaintiff is seeking the establishment of her title in fee simple in and to the said real estate against the adverse claim of Defendant Drouillard and that the title of Plaintiff thereto in fee simple be forever quieted and set at rest, and for such other and further relief as to the Court many appear just and proper.
