A public auction will be held, starting at 5:00 PM on the date of November 19, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Santa Clara City Offices, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah.
The above parcels will be sold in separate auctions. The minimum bids have been set at $13,910.00 for Parcel 2, $8,250.00 for Parcel 3, and $2,070.00 for Parcel 4. To register to bid individuals must bring a Cashier's Check in the amount of $1,000.00 made out to Santa Clara City. Winning bidders must pay the remaining balance due to the City within seven (7) days from the date of sale. If the balance is not paid within seven (7) days, the initial amount paid to the City will be forfeited. Further information may be obtained at the Santa Clara City Recorder's Office, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, prior to the public auction.
Santa Clara City reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason whatsoever.
