Notice of Public Hearing Town of Sheboygan Falls NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be conducted by the Town of Sheboygan Falls Town Board on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Town of Sheboygan Falls Town Hall located at W3860 CTH O, Sheboygan Falls. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Land Division & Rezone Request from Ricky & Nancy Decker & Mabrey Tayse to divide parcel 59026385090, currently zoned A-2 (Agricultural Land District), into a 17.77 acre parcel (Lot 2) and a 2.23 acre parcel (Lot 1) and rezone Lot 1 to R-1 (Single Family Residence District). The request also includes splitting 3.04 acres from parcel 59026385080, currently zoned A-1 (Exclusive Agricultural Use District) and merging with Lot 2 and rezoning to A-2 (Agricultural Land District), the remaining 16.96 acre zoning classification to be determined; to sell the woods. The parcel is also described as follows: Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17, T15N-R22E, Town of Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Commencing at the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, T15N-R22E, said point being the point of beginning; thence S00°07'47"W 1317.14 feet to the southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17; thence N89°26'25"W 1357.17 feet to the southwest corner of the said Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17; thence N00°03'35"W 1322.35 feet to the northwest corner of the said Northeast ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17; thence S89°13'22"E 1361.59 feet to the point of beginning.
