Notice of Public Hearing Schedule Change The public hearing on the draft 2045 Comprehensive Plan (see details below) originally scheduled by the City of Clemson City Council for Monday, December 1, 2025 was postponed due to the impacts of inclement weather. The hearing has been rescheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC 29631. Public Hearing Topic: Draft City of Clemson 2045 Comprehensive Plan including all text, maps and tables recommended by the Planning Commission for adoption by City Council pursuant to S.C. Code § 6-29-530. Copies of the draft document can be accessed from links on the Agendas & Minutes page on City website's, the City of Clemson Comprehensive Plan 2045 website, or from Planning and Development Department staff.
