Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on November 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by Oakwood Friends School as applicant and owner, seeking site plan approval for accessibility improvements inclusive of a new covered porch, ADA accessible ramps, entrances and pedestrian paths. The application involves tax lot number 6160-03-093343, +43.6 acres, located at 22 Spackenkill Road, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the IN (Institutional) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
