Notice of Regular Monthly Meetings PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS FOR HALLSDALE POWELL UTILITY DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all customers of the Hallsdale-Powell Utility District (the "District") and to all other interested members of the public that the District's Board of Commissioners (the "Board") will hold its regular monthly meetings in 2026 on the second Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the District office located at 3745 Cunningham Road, Knoxville, Tennessee with the exception of the following months: March: Thursday March 19, 2026 @ 1:30 p.m. April: Thursday April 16, 2026 @ 1:30 p.m. June: Monday June 8, 2026 @ 6:00 p.m. The Board shall meet at such times in open, public, and regular sessions for the purpose of considering the Board's regular monthly business and all other District business that may come before the Board. This Meeting Notice is given pursuant to Title 8, Chapter 44, Section 101 et. seq. Tennessee Code Annotated and in accordance with other applicable requirements of law.
